Corevix Systems opened in 2022 with one van, a Rotobrush unit, and a simple promise: show up on time and leave the ductwork cleaner than we found it. We started in East Orange because the city's older housing stock - much of it built before 1960 - has flexible ductwork and sheet metal runs that collect decades of dust, pet dander, and mold. The first jobs came from neighbors on Elmwood and Ampere Parkway who had musty odors and high dust levels. Word spread fast, and by the end of that first year we were running two trucks across Essex County. That is the short version of about air duct cleaning East Orange NJ: a local crew solving local problems.
Since then we have grown to a six-person team serving East Orange, Newark, Irvington, Orange, and the wider 07017, 07018, and 07019 ZIP codes. Our air duct cleaning company East Orange New Jersey now handles everything from single-family homes to apartment buildings and small commercial spaces. We added dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning, and air duct sanitizing after customers kept asking for them. Every technician on the crew is trained on blower doors, duct inspection cameras, and negative air machines - the same equipment the big franchises use, without the franchise markup.

Our mission is simple: give East Orange homeowners and business owners cleaner air without the runaround. We treat every job like it is our own house - we put down floor protection, we show you the before-and-after camera footage, and we do not leave until the system is sealed and running right. As a local duct cleaning experts East Orange team, we focus on the problems that actually matter here: mold growth in ducts, excessive dust buildup, and poor indoor air quality in older homes. When you hire us for Air duct Cleaning, you get a crew that knows this city's housing stock and a system that breathes easier when we leave.
Four principles guide every job we run in East Orange, from a single-family colonial to a 40-unit apartment building. They are not slogans on a wall - they are the rules our technicians follow on site.
01
We book two-hour arrival windows and we hit them. If we are running late, you get a call before the window closes, not after. In a city where parking on Main Street can eat 20 minutes, our techs plan routes the night before. You should not have to burn a vacation day waiting for a duct cleaning crew.
02
Before we start, we run a duct inspection camera through your trunk lines and show you the screen. After cleaning, we show you the same runs again. If we find mold growth in ducts or pest infestation in ducts, you see it live. No vague claims, no scare tactics - just footage from inside your own system.
03
Cleaning ducts without sealing leaks is half a job. We use mastic and duct sealant on every accessible joint, then verify with a blower door. That is how a licensed air duct cleaning East Orange New Jersey crew should work. It is also why our customers see lower dust on furniture within a week of service.
04
We lay drop cloths, we wipe down registers, and we haul away every filter and debris bag. If we open a ceiling panel, it goes back the way we found it. As a family owned duct cleaning East Orange NJ business, our name is on every job - and we live here too.
Corevix Systems runs six full-time technicians and two dispatchers out of our East Orange shop. Between them, the crew carries NADCA certification, EPA Lead-Safe certification, and NATE certification, with ongoing training on ASHRAE standards for ventilation and indoor air quality. Two techs came from commercial HVAC backgrounds and handle our Lennox and Carrier system work. One specializes in dryer vent cleaning and clogged dryer vents, which is a bigger fire-risk issue in East Orange's older multi-family buildings than most people realize. We are not a franchise - the person who answers your call is sitting 10 minutes from your house. When you search for certified air duct cleaning technicians East Orange New Jersey, you are looking for a crew like this: licensed, insured, and accountable to the neighbors they serve.
